In 1966 the Airoldi family purchased The Castillian Apartment Homes and made a point of putting residents first, like family. Fifty years and two generations later, we are still a community that is considered part of the Airoldi family. Our residents hail from all over the country, and they call Dallas and The Castillian home.

The Castillian Apartment homes were designed by Dallas’ own Wyatt Hedrick. They feature larger-than-average floor plans, real brick fireplaces, generous living spaces, and a quaint feeling as you walk up the steps to our inner oasis. Compared to newer builds in the neighborhood, our apartment homes deliver on the space you need and the distinctive personality of a place that our residents call home.
